Thanks, I think I'm really going to like it there. The position has tremendous opportunity for growth as the company grows. In the interview, he had me describe a difficult situation with a co-worker and how I handled it. His response was a huge smile, and I like that answer. I personally don't like confrontation of any kind, but I don't allow myself to be a doormat either.. Yes, I'm the quiet one your mom warned you about.... LOL
